The Little Book of Big Profits from Small Stocks Summary - Chapter 7

Chapter 7: Around the World under $10

1.      We should not limit our search for potential low-priced stocks just to companies based in the United States.
2.      Growing nations are a wonderful source of low-priced stocks.
3.      Nations that are experiencing the high growth stages of their economic existence are going to spend heavily on developing infrastructure. The materials to build roads, highways and bridges will be in high demand, as will the services of the companies who sell and use them.

4.      As an economy grows people begins to earn more than they need to support their basic lifestyle. They will be hungrier for goods and services that make life more interesting, more rewarding and more comfortable. Companies that provide luxury items or consumer services are also well positioned to prosper as a new middle class is created in a country.
