Chapter 16: It Is Not the Teachers

1. 94% of all failures in business are system failures. Only 6% are people failures.

2. We need to work at the entire educational system holistically, instead of blaming educational failures on inadequate teachers, or low pay, or class size or so on.

3. Stop making teachers our scapegoats!
